1. Clearing Local App & Game Data Instantly
FreeCanvas games and consumer utilities store gameplay progress and preferences locally on your device. You can delete local data immediately by uninstalling the Android application (or selecting Settings → Apps → Clear Storage) or clearing site data in your browser.
2. Requesting Server or Leaderboard Data Deletion
If you registered an account, submitted a Pilot Callsign on a Global Leaderboard (such as in Space Surfer 3D), or used a cloud application operated by Full Bit Systems Ltd and wish to permanently delete your server-stored data:
- Email info@freecanvas.app with the subject line FreeCanvas Data Deletion Request.
- State the application or game name and the callsign, username, or email address associated with the record.
- We will verify ownership and permanently erase the requested records within 7 business days.
